Licht gives credit to everyone around him. Seems to put a emphasis on excellent talent on the field and no issues off the field. Where others may go with the best talent available. Off the field we cross our fingers. Seems like players from other teams do some dumb stuff out of season. Seems less of a issue with the Bucs.

Do you think factors like Tampa being a small market team & Jon Robinson crashing hard as Titans GM are some of the reasons the rest of the league are sleeping on the Bucs front office. Personally I'm glad to see the league isn't poaching are front office/scout talent as its allowed the continuity of the the Bucs' front office to remain at the top.

Great information but one nitpick. Jimmy Giles came to the Buccaneers via Houston Oilers in the Earl Campbell trade. He was not a T.B. draft pick.

You can leave AB out he was a good player in 2020 but then decided to care only for himself he's definitely an example of who not to go after same thing can be said about Devin White even though he wasn't so much a head case but a pre Madonna
