yeah this happen when I programmed the tt and then unplugged the data wires for painting the work top. I then plugged the data wires in incorrectly, this confused the ecos command station.

I did a dcc demo a few weeks ago and had the same problem with my Zephyr thankfully figured out before the afternoon rush! Really had my head scratching! It's odd what effects this can have. Not heard much stated elsewhere either on this.

Hi Jim, Glad you solved this "strang"problem. Strang is it while a tried it when i was programming the LDT signal decoder with my Intellibox and both worked. Perhaps is the Ecos more complecated or the DCC world while i drive on MM.
I read more of this strangs things on the Dutchforums. When swich and signal decoders where programmed into the computer they didn't work. One guy figured out that when also the deocders where programmed on the Ecos and the same time on the computer it didn't work. When deleted the programming on the Ecos it worked well ( and sometimes set the deocder on MM ). Perhaps the Ecos will see itself as the master above the computer. when everything is also programmed into the Ecos.

Its always that way.  The simple things that go wrong and will drive you off the deep end.  I don't know how many times that has happen to me.  Maybe that's why I am off the deep end.Scott
