Deborah Sumter | Schmidt MacArthur Fellowship Application 2017

Through this video I, Deborah Sumter, would like to apply for the Schmidt MacArthur Fellowship 2017. As a PhD researcher from the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering (Delft University of Technology), I'm exploring how design(ers) can best play a role in the Circular Economy. In my research I'm taking an emperical approach (e.g. interviews and case studies). Within this video I expand on the following questions that are part of the Schmidt MacArthur application: (1) The Circular Economy requires a new way of thinking and (2) How do you believe that your Circular Economy Innovation Project might support the evolution to a circular economy?
