Brilliantly clear and visual, thank you. I'm sharing with the local Youth Cycling club and the Breeze womens ride group who have all been taken through this before, but knowing how to do it without a coach or ride leader with them is invaluable. I don't find it 'CBBC' style at all, actually, but I will ask the kids in the cycle club what they think.

Useful content. However, presentation very CBBC and, alas, very Sustrans. If Sustrans is really going to make a change it will need to seriously engage with young people. Not with bearded and/or be-sandalled Sustrans presenters in a Play-School wat, but by third party endorsements by cool, successful cyclists (these are plentiful in the UK!). Sustrans needs to radically rethink. I keep hearing doing something is better than doing nothing. Maybe. Doing something impactful and promoting the cool element of cycling will change the game completely and push cycling forward, not backwards. Sustrans makes the mistake of promoting alliances with County Councils rather than Bike Manufacturers and cycling Celebrities.
