What happened to backlisting of such contractors? And the authorities or issuers of the contract denied or suspended from controlling such development budgets. Some local governors, and MCAs truly need some induction courses or "shule ya Gumbaru" to learn a few things about Rural/Urban development, and acceptable standards.
