Thanks! I've been looking for something like this. Knowing those distances does add to the magic of shortwave listening.

Google Maps already does this though -- "Measure Distance" drop-down when right-clicking a point on the map. I use it to analyze my own signals. And it'll show you what obstructions (mountains) or clear areas are in the path. Then you can drag the distant point to anywhere else you might want and the reading adjusts as you go.

There is another site - www.distance.to which i found to be more accurate at least on distances between Indian cities. It gives both line of site distance and driving distance between cities. Please check it.
