You might not be familiar with SsangYong brand, but SsangYong is a Korean Car Manufacture that specializes in making SUVs and pickup Trucks. And SsangYong just introduced all the SUV called Ssangyong Torres. It shares its platform with SsangYong Korando and it is designed to compete against rivals such as Hyundai Santa Fe and Kia Sorento. But dimensions wise it is closer to Hyundai Tucson and Kia Sportage. Now, let’s go out and drive SsangYong Torres and see if you like it.

Best looking Ssangyong I have seen for years! At first I thought it was a Mitsubishi Outlander. Shame on it having such a small engine. It should have a 2ltr option.

SsangYong has been selling TORRES more than 75, 000 vehicles so far within 3 months from July to September in domestic market. In upcoming November, TORRES 'll be launched at Chille. Wow. That's amazing.

It's amazing how Ssangyong can come up with something like this, the exterior, interior, the detail and finish in their current financial state - along with all the facelifts across the rest of the range they deserve a lot of credit for not dropping the fundamentals that ensure a sustainable business. That has to have given investors a lot of confidence that there is growth opportunity.

My dad in the Dominican Republic has bought three different SsangYong Rextons since 2003! Great brand, good quality, awesome vehicles, although if something breaks or you have a small crash in it, parts will be really hard to find anywhere in the world.

We've had ssanyong vehicle in Nigeria. Though we are yet to get the latest versions. Great car. Think will do well in our market. Nice review.
