The first time I saw the intro for 6-10 I was filled with an incredibly unsettling feeling of dread. I absolutely love how the intros deteriorate and when shows mess with their intros.

This gives me legit chills for some reason. I think it’s because 1) I love analog horror and this definitely has that vibe, and 2) the symbolism of the tapes glitching out as the story comes to an end and Jimmy’s reality essentially collapses

I read this amazing theory somewhere, I forgot where exactly but it's worth mentioning. The reason the tapes get more distorted every season is because Gene keeps playing them over and over again.

I love the detail where near the end of the show the outros show saul writing over the tapes, which means hes writing over saul and turning back to jimmy

What's special about this than the Breaking Bad intro is how they made it important and cool.
And also this gives me surreal vibes it's like I'm watching an Analog Horror, and what's more unsettling is I feel like Saul is about to die soon despite not actually watching the show yet.

Let's just appreciate that the fact Vince puts the main song on the last intros rather than just letting it silent. It makes the intros less creepier and can make all of us relieved a little by just hearing the theme song. Imagine how far creepier the intro could be if the song didn't play at all

S6 started with Nacho on the run and it ended with Gene on the run
We first see Saul in a dumpster searching for the Sandpiper papers and we last see him in a dumpster hiding from cops and searching for the Vaccum Repair card and both times these actions were influenced directly or indirectly by an elderly woman
