Very nice I run a DNS, DHCP, Domain controller, and Ubiquity UniFi controller with windows server 2019 on a Dell PowerEdge T20 server on my home network

One comment about your domain name. .local domains were used widely back in the day, however now days, a .local domain is used for multicast dns purposes and should not be used as part any domain. It is recommended to use a sub domain of a valid domain name. Something to look out for, but not a deal breaker for a small homelab.

After so much talking, you jump into Unifi Network, nice one. Where did it come from? What is the relation? Why do we need it or can we use something else?
