Just had breakfast - bananas and peanut butter - with this playing in the kitchen on a sunny Saturday morning. Cat playing by our feet, horses in the yard. Sun on the porch. Fireplace going. Cottonwood leaves tumbling past the window, red and gold. Two people that love each other very much. Winter is coming fast and we're both wondering if this'll be the last nice day we see in a while...there's some sadness there, but we're enjoying every moment for all it's worth...and loving each other as much as we can.
This song captured a mood. Memories = forever.

I have always loved this song since I first heard it on the radio by Savage Garden, the original when I was a kid growing up. This and 'I Knew I Loved You'. I wonder if Darren Hayes has heard this version...? It's kinda trippy for me to hear songs make a come back, but I'm glad the newer generation is taking a listen. This song has been made more modern which is cool but I still like the original. They're both very good. The other comeback song was 'Fast car' originally sung by Tracy Chapman which made radio waves a couple years ago to my surprise. The newer, updated, remixed version was sung by Jonas Blue ft. Dakota. I only wish credit was given, just so people know the original and where this inspiration came from. The power of music... is that it transcends over time. <3
