I thinkk this is true about federal reserve buyback before is0 20022 launch, because what U.S.A no many times more to use dollar as a WRC . Then the purpose buyback is a for use liquidity for all the money . And i thinkk FED want to retail out 100% so XRP will own 100% in hand FED and the true value of XRP as WRC actually is a 50k-100k . So if the buyback just 10k$ - 35k$ just a very cheap for FED, because the FED very know about true interner of value as ODL inthe world . Thats my opinion, what do you think?
