Armageddon (1998) - Theatrical Teaser Trailer (4K)
Показать описание
Uploaded in 2160p.
This NOSTALGIC video is for adults who wish to remember and relive something from their past.
In honor of the film's 25th Anniversary, this year (7/1).
Like the film "Deep Impact"-- Released a couple months earlier with a similar plot: This one is a lot different. It still involves NASA astronauts going to space with a couple special shuttles x2, and blowing up the asteroid. It has some comedic moments-- Which makes sense because it was made by Jerry Bruckheimer Prod. that did "Con Air" in 1997.
It's VFX is fantastic to see and STILL holds up to this day, even most of the practical effects which are like 1996's "Independence Day".
"When an asteroid threatens to collide with Earth, NASA honcho Dan Truman (Billy Bob Thornton) determines the only way to stop it is to drill into its surface and detonate a nuclear bomb. This leads him to renowned driller Harry Stamper (Bruce Willis), who agrees to helm the dangerous space mission provided he can bring along his own hotshot crew. Among them is the cocksure A.J. (Ben Affleck), who Harry thinks isn't good enough for his daughter (Liv Tyler), until the mission proves otherwise."
Rated: PG-13/US - PG/CAN
