I'm not sure if he hasn't treated you well, but it's still not good to say this. If he has mistreated you then do your thing, but if not, you probably were the one who passed the cold to him in the first place so this is not right.

Like did you tell anyone you felt bad? No? Then how tf are they supposed to know, and even if you did, that doesn’t somehow magically make your husband unable to also feel bad?

This seems like resentment that maybe he hasn’t been helping you through your sickness..probably something to talk about. He might not be expecting anything from you maybe just wanting to vent about how he’s feeling physically. Do you not do this as well at least once or twice? Also, if you’ve been sick that long you should really seek out medical help!!! Sometimes it’s more strong to show that you’re feeling weak rather than letting that feeling build up inside and taking it out on your husband…
