Thank you. This is so nice. For the dumplins I used 6 bananas and added 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, black pepper, garlic salt, coriander and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

Stick the green banana in a bowl with hot tap water, not boiling. For a few minutes. This will allow for the skin to separate from the banana. So it easier to peel off.

To your soup you could have added thyme black pepper carrots bell peppers celery garlic turmeric onions

Grate the bananas next time with the smallest tarting size, and you won't even need to add flour next time. It will hold on its own.

I don't think I  know what green cooking bananas are.  I know you don't mean Plantains 'cause I know you know what those are.

For some reason I think I'da added some lemon juice and as you are wont to do, coconut milk.

I don't know.  Dumplings are just not in my cooking box so I seldom think of them, but in this case I think I'da just played around with what I wanted them to taste like 'til I got at least an approximation. Were you looking for sweet or salty (my guess with the fish)? Another thing that comes to mind is malt vinegar, but again, I have no idea why.  I'm just running things around in my head and I've just come from your strange caterpillar vid.

Anyway, thanks for the challenge.  You do good.
