Beginner's Guide To Classic - Episode 1: Getting Started

Welcome to the first installment of the Beginner's Guide to Classic World of Warcraft. Classic WoW is quite a different game from many modern MMO's, including the current iteration of WoW. My plan, as stated in the video, is to create a series that would follow your experience in WoW as you would encounter it. So that means today, we talk about creating your character.

There's a ton of stuff to be covered and that wasn't covered in this video. This episode assume you know nothing about WoW and possibly MMO's in general, just to be safe!

I know we didn't talk about classes in this video. There are already tons of videos out there that are very in-depth guides on raiding/levelling/pvp for each class, but I want to focus on making a sort of primer for each class; just to showcase what each class is like very briefly.

As a kid i was in the Runescape x Wow scenario, but since at the time to play wow you had to have a decent computer it was out of the question so Runescape was my one way ticket. Prob played Runescape for 15 years on and off and got pretty serious about it the last couple years. Currently burned out of RS and looking for an mmo to replace it and this guide has helped a ton.

it is nice that you go into detail over the races but it would be nice if you went over the classes as well.

Forgot to mention that Taurens are giants and have a ~3 yard for male, ~2.6 yard for Female, larger hit box and melee range!
Not make or break but still important.
