"I thought it would be a nice thing for my dog to have puppies to make me happy even though I don't know the first thing about breeding or whelping ". This is way, way too common.

Joseph seems like a lovely man and Bruce clearly adores him, my heart fluttered when he walked in and she started meowing and purring.

Oh my goodness, the way Bruce meowed and purred when seeing her owner warmed my heart.

What on earth was Bonnie's owner thinking?

Bruce and Joseph on the other hand ... so beautiful.

The love that man had for his cat was beautiful. And Bruce gave all that love back. Purring through the pain. 🥰🥰🥰

The reunion of Bruce and Joseph was beautiful. Bruce is incredibly fortunate to survive that fall and have wonderful medical care. All those who helped him (her) are wonderful people. 4 year ago my 13 year old male cat carried home a baby kitten from the woods. It was snowing and the kitten was so tiny. I named the wee one Lilly. The cats love each other and are always together. Lilly grew up to be a healthy male cat and will always be my our baby. He knows his name so no chance of changing.

Is anyone going to mention how adorable and sweet the letter to Bruce's owner was?

I am in the US, a teeny bit in love with a vet who cries over the dog he loves. Following your practice takes me away from my disabled, old life. Thank You

Loved Bruce's eye roll when the nurse was commenting on why you'd call such a beautiful girl a boy. But you can tell Bruce really loves his owner.

I hope that Bonnie's owners don't breed her again. Given the difficulty she went through. Saying this with best intentions.

OMG, that cat lit up when his owner arrived! Bruce is just as besotted with Joseph as Joseph is with Bruce. They are the sweetest pair - a purrrrfect match.

I love how they took the cat straight to surgery, without knowing if there would be anyone to pay the bill. Not all vets would do that. And aww, how cute is Joseph. Bless hit little twee heart!

I don't understand how, if you're going to insist on your dog breeding, you don't bother to look up ONE thing about appropriate care and management....Im gad it ended well....but come ON take some responsibility

Sophie said no to the X-ray because of the risk!! But yes to the pregnancy!! And didn’t have homes in line before the breeding!! I’m so concerned for her children!! What a wrong message she is sending out!

I love Bruce's story. It's so heart warming when owners and pets love each other this much.

That poor cat. I've had to find my Grandma's cat when he jumped from a 2 story building and dissapeared for almost a week. I managed to find him after a few more days and luckily he was okay and had no issues at all.

I always get my pets microchipped when they get their first shots.

Bruce and her dad's story is so heartwarming. Lovely cat, lovely owner, lovely neighbours. The moment Bruce started purring when she saw her dad, that gave me this warm funny feeling in the stomach. It's the sort of stories (and therefore people) we need right now. Let's hope they have a long time together.

I sincerely hope there were more talks behind the camera about the breeding of that dog then what we were shown, and that the owners were made aware that she shouldn't have been bred so carelessly and simply for the sake of giving the children an experience, and giving a relative a dog. There's plenty of dogs (and cats) in the UK (and the world) that sits depressed and lonely in shelters, hoping for a new, loving and forever home. As much as I love this show; this was displayed as an irresponsible episode.
