#BUDGET2020 | No austerity measures in budget : Finance Minister

As the country waits for today's all important budget speech, Finance Minister Tito Mboweni was seen entering the Parliamentary precinct a short while ago.
While he looked happy, his nervous laugh perhaps gave an indication of the fine balancing act he's had to do to put together a budget that will kick-start South Africa's sluggish economy.
