After staying two nights in Baler, we decided explore the scenic road in Quirino Province. On our drive, we took a short detour in the town of Maddela to have a river adventure in Governor’s Rapids.
The boat ride was short but the experience was like taking a cruise back in the past where you can imagine the Dumagat still living on its caves and fishing on the river banks.
