So I ordered a sample kit and it is really confusing. I though it would come with a shaker bottle, a few samples of the ketochow electrolytes, fasting drops, along with the 6 packets but no it only came with the 6 packets. When it came I looked at the directions and that was even more confusing as to how much of what i need to fix this drink. I went to the website and still after reading it is still confusing. I am not happy with this. I will not be ordering again.

I was in love with the flavor. It seemed way to good to be true. I started keto but use these as treats and am excited for Christmas because of this haha. If you want a test dummy for research I think I could go easy 6months only keto chow. If that panned out push it to a year. I’d record it all for fun lmk @Jut35r
