Thanks Peter, great detail! In the Communications portion specifically, are custodians able to see the "portal content" within the Custodian Portal? We are trying to work out the right permissions but can't seem to strike it right. All custodians see is the list of holds their responsive to and the acknowledgement in the slide out pane.

Hello, i've enjoyed this video. I would like to ask what to do if your indexing job status says "unsuccessful". The adding review sets action was not successful. I was not able to complete the premium ediscovery as files could not be indexed

Any info on how to decrypt encrypted email? I can't seem to view those email messages once they are downloaded to PST. Also cannot view them in the 'View Results'.
