Don't confuse "affordable" with "low cost of living." The job market SUCKS. Equity assumes that you can even find a job to buy a house to BUILD equity to begin with.

All our minor league teams don't feel like other places minor league teams..I grew up watching St Louis Cardinals and going to Bush Stadium..Going to see the Tincaps feels just as good..Same with our Minor League Hockey and Basketball teams.
As for standstill traffic..Yeah just avoid Colliusem when there is an event. It can get bad.
