Teapots aren’t meant to be used on stoves! If you use them on a stove they’re extremely susceptible to damage and brewing tea while the water is still heating up can cause the tea to not brew as well. It was also being out much more bitterness in green tea. I recommend you heat the water in a separate vessel, then once it’s reached the desired temperature, pour it into the teapot and let your tea brew! hope this helps 💕
