These segments and Max’s pod shows how much more logical, reasonable and how much better he is at the objective facts that the entertainer that is SAS. SAS loses credibility on a daily basis with his outrage, arrogant takes; similar to Shaq

I was prepared to disagree but Floyd probably would’ve avoided Hearns💯

Mosley dodged Floyd for years, claimed it was a tooth problem after beating Vargas a 2nd time and then lost to Wright twice.

Pretty Boy definitely would have fought Hearns. Young Floyd that beat up a tall Coralles would have took that fight & it would have been great. Max always tries to downplay Floyd.

I like boxing but I'm honestly not very educated on it. When Max talks about I still love to listen because he honestly seems so passionate and knowledgeable about it

Lot of people don't realize that when they are making a prediction for a Mayweather fight, they are often basing it on his previous fights, and rightly so.
But they forget that Mayweather never fights the same fight twice. His uncanny ability to revisit his game plan, reconfigure it and take the opponent out of his game plan during a fight, is very very rare and unmatched by far.

Max really is probably the most actually well informed person on espn. Yes he has some ridiculous takes every know and then to get people talking but he actually knows sports.

I don't really watch boxing but it's just nice to hear someone talk about something they're this passionate about.

Tommy hearns was always the one out of the 4 horsemen of the 80's that would given floyd the most problems...hearns height mixed with that piston like jab he had would have given floyd some serious problems

I feel like boxing fans who say Hearns would easily beat Floyd, never actually watched Hearns vs Benitez. [One], I scored that fight for Benitez. [Two] Benitez was a defensive fighter but he wasn't as good as Floyd. [Three], Oscar De La Hoya's jab (one of the best jabs ever) was nullified in under two rounds... Floyd timed Oscar's jab and countered it effectively. [Four], Hearns had a flicker range finding jab and I honestly believe Floyd would take Hearns's right hand away as well. [Six], Hearns wasn't the most accurate puncher and he doesn't have stamina like Mayweather. [Seven], Hearns didn't have the best defense. [Eight], Floyd's reach for a boxer who's 5'8 is exceptionally long at 72 inches. I honestly don't see Hearns beating Floyd Mayweather.
