Stop insulting horses. They have better hair than humans 🙎🏻

I just don't understand why people compare your hair to a horse's hair when your hair is thin and bad. A horse's is actually very good, right?

Ain't no way I'm paying for a hair guide 😂

It would be a better comparison if she showed her natural, air dried hair at the end. Heat styled hair at the end isn't a fair comparison.

Horse hair is actually referred to as being thick and shiny, it’s a compliment 😄

*For hair growth:*

Edit: I've added a few more things I remembered to this list so it's slightly longer but it's all very useful.

1. Oil your scalp and hair overnight once a week, massage for good circulation and wash it all out the next day. Use good cold pressed oils such as avocado, amla, olive or any oil you like etc.
*Avoid coconut and mineral oils.*

2. Always use appropriate *sulfate and paraben free* shampoo and conditioner for your hair porosity type. Use the shampoo on the scalp and condition on the hair only. Wash hair a maximum of twice a week. I suggest Shea Moisture brand.
*Use a strong clarifying shampoo only once a month to cleanse hair of product buildup. Try Tresemme clarifying shampoo.*

3. Always use a hair mask once a week to moisturize hair and avoid breakage. Once hair is at optimal condition use hair mask twice a month. Steam your hair or wear a thermal heat cap when you do this for best results.

4. Always apply leave in conditioner after every wash to keep hair in good condition.

5. Always use blow out conditioner and heat protector before blow drying and styling your hair.

6. After styling, always use oil lightly on the mids to the ends of the hair to prevent breakage and split ends caused by dryness. Do this everyday.

7. Always wear satin or silk scrunchies and bonnets after applying leaving conditioner and oil to the hair ends every night. Never use rubber bands or stretch bands with the metal in the middle because it will rip our your hair or cause breakage due to stress on the hair and/ or roots.

8. Do not cut hair more than once a year for length retention. If you follow these rules your hair will grow.

Good brands to use for strengthening, moisturizing, repair and bonding products: Redken, Kérastase, CurlSmith or any other paraben and sulfate free products.

😉😏There! Now, none of you have to pay for this information. Enjoy!

Honestly, my hair being compared to a horse's would be taken as a compliment.

This video is correct. Hair care should be according to hair porosity. Idk why so much hate

One reason why her hair looked dry after oiling was probably because she overdid it. Too much oil on hair requires more shampoo to wash them off resulting in dry hair. I did the same mistake and was blaming the oils. Few drops of oil (based on your hair length and density) is enough. Concentrate much on the scalp instead of the hair.

Guys listen, you don’t need her guide to know your hair porosity. I’ll tell you a way to find out. Wash your hair, don’t apply any products, next day when you brush them, use a fallen out hair, take a glass of water (tall preferably) and roll that hair strand on 2 fingers, take the coil out and put it on the water, if the haIr sinks within 5-10mins, it’s high porosity, if it stays in the middle, it’s medium porosity and if it stays on the top then you have low porosity.

Another way I used was to take 1 strand of hair, put the end of that strand between 2 fingers and slide those 2 fingers to the hair follicle. I felt a bunch of bumps in the my hair which means my hair are medium high porosity. If your hair don’t feel bumpy then it’s either low or medium porosity depending on how bumpy it feels. My hair get tangled easily and are frizzy so this tests verifies it for me. I tried like 5-6 strands and I got the same result.

If you carry out these things, it will help manage hair fall, similar to it helped me. Keep your scalp fresh by cleansing it regularly. Use a gentle shampoo. Make sure to get sufficient sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times per week with liitlexteral cocooionn shampoo. Apply the oil to your hair 2-3 times each week. After washing your hair, softly pat it dry with an soft towel.

if you have a low porosity hair there is no problem, this means you have tight knitted hair and its tough for anything to absorb, one shouls always heat the oil before applying to the scalp as it let the oil penetrate well, my natural hair oil from little extra started working wonders when i adopted this technique and you are right one should always know their hair porosity.

🦋 Just boil some linseed ( 3 tablespoons) until it gathers goo.
Put the seeds & goo in a cloth to rid the seeds.
Let cool down then
Place the residue over hair. longer the better & rinse out.
Not only makes your hair super soft it also gives it a natural shine 😊 xx

True. My hair is more frizzy, stiff and my scalp breaks outs after hair oiling. Now I’ve changed my hair products.
