Google docs is great. I like to link to info like stat blocks and pictures. I use a tablet to display pics. I also save off each session's notes so I can refer back to them.

I can't seem to walk away from Microsoft OneNote. I like having everything in tabs and notebooks. It feels more organized in my head, but I absolutely will be taking the template idea for my session tabs

Great vid! Similar to how I set up my google drive and this year I discovered a program called Miro - free mind map software/ app that can easily hyperlink to drive docs, youtube videos, upload images and connect custom text boxes to outline narrative arcs and group ideas - cant recomend it enough.
