Just to further add to your video; the improved ACU uniform in the OCP2/Scorpion pattern has now replaced the Airman Battle Uniform as the standard duty uniform for the US Air Force. The only differences is the Air Force uses "spice brown" thread for their name & branch tapes and rank insignia, whereas the Army uses black thread.

First I've seen all 3 side by side. agree the larger print of scorpion looks more effective. the Multicam looks like it has more tans where ocp has more browns and scorpion has more of a mix of both in my opinion. Never understood the use of velcro. at night is loud as bloody hell and can be heard from quote a distance. Back in my days we wore OD green and BDU woodland all with buttons. no zippers to snag or break and definitely no loud ass velcro. everyone carried a sewing kit with extra buttons if one broke. Just an old timer suggestion, we would cut button thread out and resew it with a braided fishing line, less prone to breakage. Now I use spiderwire for thread. nice comparison. like to see the field test of scorpion pattern. Good job guys. Have you ever looked at the Gore Optifade Forrest?

OCP and Multicam is the exact same thing. OCP is just the Army's designation of Multicam which is licensed through Crye Precision. Scorpion W2 which is the newly designated OCP is the modified version of Multicam which was a joint effort between Crye Precision and the Army over a decade ago.

How about this guys ocp2 is more for desert use and scorpion is more for jungle (more dark green for jungle)fighting pacific theatre. Seeing as we are having more trouble with China today this is a tell of where the next war is going to begin.

And why didnt you talk about the differences in the patterns? That should be an obvious point to make otherwise this isnt very helpful
