This was me December 28-31st! Had 9 books left, but I finished at 1:18am on the 31st! 200 books! This year my goal is 100. Reading at a breakneck pace is not for me. I want to slow down and savor books again and get back into all my other hobbies!

The Romans used to say "non multa, sed multum". It doesn't matters the number of the books you read, but their quality. It's better to read a single valuable novel that ten shitty ones.

I goal was to read 25 books since I started in April (that I personally picked myself, read till the end and it wasn't school or work related) and I read 35! This year for me is now 45. Now that I think about it, it's kinda ambitious for someone like me. 😅
