Have you guys ever noticed that in the beginning, The Backyardigans actually has super powers in real life? Aren’t their superpowers supposed to take place in their heads?

Something I actually realized in this episode is that Tyrone's power to shrink things as well as make them grow (since it seems by the end of the episode he was "always" able to do that, but never did until they had to unshrink themselves) would've been interesting to see both of throughout the episode.

Like, if he wanted to, he could've made himself and/or Pablo big in order to get to the tower a bit faster since they would have bigger strides

And even at the end when he and Pablo decided they want to be superheros, both of these powers could also be used for good!

Also, I do kinda wonder sometimes what lead to the situation that started it, since it started with Tyrone and Pablo coming out of the former's house, and it was kind of shown afterwards that Uniqua and Austin were already outside before that

Part of me is thinking that Tyrone and Pablo saw Uniqua and Austin playing superheros outside, so they decided to be supervillains to counter that (but not interacting with them on it yet). And as a result, Uniqua and Austin saw them and immediately understood that they were trying to be a part of the game, hence why they "automatically" knew that they had something to do with the slide thing.

And on top of that, I think they (Tyrone and Pablo) were the ones who came up with the Key to the World and Uniqua and Austin overheard that and decided to add onto that too. Hence why Austin adds that one of the things they as superheros do is protect the key to the world.
