train them 3 times a week, moderate weight feel the strech and squeez (15-20 reps), lots of super sets and drop sets, short rest periods and every day before bed do feeder workouts for arms.exercises:barbell curls, incline curls, hammer curls, bench dips, overhead tricep extensions and dumbell kickbacks.

tri-sett helped me a lot, closegrip benchpress or close gripped pushups followed by a triceps and a biceps exercise. i like to train back and chest together supersetting one day, 2 days a week legs, one hevy one light, and a lot bodyweight exercises. training at home, i started 6 years ago, was fat and really sick, did not want to die of bad health, so i started working out.
i feel so good now, great energy all day, eating good clean food, no more supersizing everything.

Search Eric Cressey elbow advice, some wicked tips, it probably has to do with tension in the forearms, some foam ball work, stretches and maybe some grip work would assist

super sets, super sets, and super sets... a barbell curl with some dumbbell work. for triceps a compound move followed by isolation work. you get the advantages of heavy weights for activating all those muscle fibers, and then you get the advantage of super pumps from lighter isolation movements immediately after. plus you find out which arm needs more work that way too.

I used to do skullcrushers the traditional way (to the skull, arms perpendicular to the ground). What I realized is that doing this traditional variation doesn't reap the benefits of having stimulated the long head of the tricep to its fullest. I now lower the bar past my head and under and then press up at an angle.

Another awesome tricep exercise for the long head is overhead dumbbell extensions. Damn those feel good.

When i started lifting weights ( never exercised etc before that ) I could barelly do stuff with 3 kg dumbells about 6 months ago, now i use 7 kg dumbells

Replicant you need to be more specific as to what doesn't feel right, it could be a shoulder problem see my vid on should mobility tips. Should help, the military press should be an exercise staple however about 5% of people have very poor shoulder mobility making it hard to do even a military press!

used to have the same problem, for me instead of dropping the bar to youre forhead dropping it right behind the head solved it completely. That way of course youre elbows are not pointing directly upwards and its easier to cheat by using other muscles too but if you concentrate on not moving the elbows to much it really hits the triceps in a major way and maybe without discomfort.

Underhand grip cable rows for biceps and tricep pull downs with skull crushers going as far back as possible and holding for a few seconds to really get that stretch on the long head.

Also do calisthenics, Hannibal for king. Make the upper body your primary muscle group as opposed to legs/ gymnastics style workouts

I just bought a golds gym super curl bar from walmart. my triceps are really shit and preventing me from increasing my bench. gonna do arms twice a week. thanks man!

Heavy compound movements for me work a million times better than isolation. I can do tricep pushdowns forever and barely gain anything compared to a close grip or even normal grip bench press. Good tips

Brother don't forget its not only arm size but limb length and height. The taller you are (you are tall) the MORE size you have to put on your arms to look big. I'm 5'9, so a 16.25-16.3/8 arm looks much bigger on me than on a 6'6 guy! Luckily for big dudes you can gain more total muscle mass in your life as you have a bigger frame, its all about proportion!
