VMware vMotion with NVIDIA Virtual GPUs

I'm mostly curious about why they had someone manually change the GPU they we're using, instead of having a system in place. Yes this is a new technology, but not showing the system automatically changing the user based off of potential errors shows this is probably still a bit away from being polished.

how about make some technology that can allow gpu passthrough without completely making the gpu not being able to be utilized by the host machine?
