SILAT KILLER LEG SWEEP Training. Yes, it's SWEEP THE LEG time with the awesome MAUL MORNIE & Silat Suffian Bela Diri.

This is SILAT for a beginner and an advanced student. Correct Basics are what make an Advanced student. It's not a duelling art or a sport; it is all about Culture and survival.

Maul the probelm witj that is that the opponent can get you in a head lock or a half nelson once hes behind you. Indo believe in your knocking them off balance though. He can also pick u up by your waist and do a suplex. So it is dangerous to gibe your back to your oppoonent. Or he picks you up and slams you which is no good.b
