DON'T make this mistake like I did! 🤦‍♂️ I installed a 2" Perfex lift kit, 30" ITP Cryptid tires, and a clutch kit from Main Street Cycles. I tested everything out in some super deep snow and my quad did amazing! For about 7 miles...

Hey guys, low gear for that kind of stuff, the higher rpms of low gear makes your clutches spin up, your clutches have a fan built in so the higher rpms creates more air flow thus keeping your clutches cooler

Thanks for sharing, good tips and great to see the problems solved. All stuff us weekend warriors can learn from.

Great video, glad you understand the low range, high is killer to belt drives when going slow, I got a 950 with 2600 miles and never slipped the belt a single time, you gonna love it .

Was interesting to see exactly what driving in high gear at low speeds for too long will do to the clutch. Sucked for you, but it was nice to see to learn from, thanks for posting it!

Good job. Not sure about being in high range was the issue though. It shouldn't over heat like that. May have been something to do with the clutch kit setting. Love those CF MOTO'S!

I had a bead on my 400ex that fought me like that. Tried bottle jack to the bumper of my truck, running it over, everything i could think of. I finally went to the tire shop too.

I like that impact driver. Never had any issues with ryobi except the thin charging cable can be easily chewed through by small puppy 😆
