Laura Lanting discusses time on Good Morning Virginia for ABC13's 70th Anniversary

After Tina moved on, Laura Lanting stepped in to cohost with Tab on Good Morning Virginia.

"I had such a similar sense of humor. And we would just giggle and laugh, we had the best time and I remember we got in trouble and got called in and they said, you guys have the same personality. So one of you is not necessary if you're going to be like that. So you guys are going to have to take different roles," said Lanting.

Having fun has always been a big part of the show but for Lanting, there's one moment she'll never forget.

"I do remember going into labor with my first child and a bunch of cast and crew and friends came over and I tell Noreen Turyn I'm in so much pain. Can you help me? She started doing skits from Monty Python to make me laugh," Lanting said.
