Not a miniature price. The whole purpose for me to buy smaller is “smaller mortgage and smaller utility bills ! This does not make any sense to me .

Sorry after reading comments I agree what a rip. Try cutting the price in half.

Apparently they don't use Zillow because I found 20 properties twice the size at less than 200k. That is scary price for such a small space and just like the crash 10 yrs ago tjose poor people will have a house worth half the purchase price in the future and the builder will have laughed all the way to the bank.

First, they aren't "tiny houses." It has to be 400 sq ft or under to be labeled "tiny." And no retiree should be spending $220K to "fit her budget."

I WISH THEY WERE MORE AFFORDABLE LIKE IN 49, 000 FOR A SINGLE MOTHER THIS IS IDEAL

After buying that, you will have a tiny house with a tiny bank account.

I'd like to see communities of AFFORDABLE tiny homes, like mobile home parks. With a convenience store, club house and pool and maybe even a post office. Self contained, perfect for retirees and older single folks. I'd buy one.

This is what I want to do in my city but the Mayor won't have any of it. I spoke to another builder recently and he wanted to do the same and she said no to him as well. Between both of us we could have created over 20 tiny homes that would be under $100K with land, but got shut down.

My house in Philadelphia is for sale for $225k. 5 bedroom single house, 2 full bathrooms, 6, 000 square foot property that sits on 2 lots. People are nuts.

The cost of just buying a parking lot in the downtown core must have been expensive. These are small homes, not tiny homes. While the price point may seem high to some, it is all about location and the fact that all these homes have upgraded creature comforts. With the cost of the average home in my city at $400, 000, $220, 000 seems like a bargain for downtown.

The purpose is to save money, but not to spend all if your money on building a tiny house.

For $220, 000 I can buy a city block in Messina NY and do the same but really make it affordable.
I can't believe how expensive it has become in Reno now days.

We need these in Baltimore for single working moms or dads, but not at that price

if older folks and the disabled are to live in these homes, they need to consider one floor only. i dont know any retiree who moves to a place with stairs; they move into one story condos or trailer parks. nevermind folks in wheelchairs who'd be subjugated to the bottom floor.

The Houses Are Cute, But Way Too Overpriced! I Don't Care Where They're Located, $220K is too much money for 650 sq.ft. Of Anything, Anywhere... These Homes Should Be Less Than $100k (and that's at the top end!)

Over 200k ! ..this is PSYCHOTICALLY EXPENSIVE for these homes .. I was expecting MAYBEEE 85K .. I am looking for ideas to build something like this in my backyard for my elderly Mom - I already have a standing “ work shed “ - I will need to expand the exsisting space to add bedroom and bathroom area for her ..
