7:03 >under breath< "what am i talking about?" lol. Good to see that even the most experienced doctors and teachers get confused sometimes. makes us feel better when we get confused too. haha :P

Another mnemonic could be. SIMPLY LEARN THE PARTS THAT THE CARPUS HAS . For the carpal bones obviously, Bit more specific and easier to remember :)

Sorry I didnt catch the condition you get when there is a fracture on the scaphoid bone ? Do you mind to explain a bit more about it?

yeah, it was the screen capture lagging behind my voice recording there, it is slightly out of sync unfortunately.

At 7:47, when talking about the joint between the 1st proximal phalanx and 1st distal phalanx, I'm pretty sure he meant "interphalangeal joint, " not "intermediate phalangeal joint."

Ok, now someone say: "That's what 'interphalangeal' is short for, " and then someone say: "not necessarily, " and then someone call someone a Nazi, and blablabla...

Excellent job! I think the 1st metacarpophalangeal joint is a hinge joint, not a saddle joint. The saddle joint of the thumb is located between the base of the 1st metacarpal and trapezium. Thank you for your videos.

here's another mneumonic from my gross lab professor! it's a little more riskee (just like the medial thigh mneumonic) lol

Some Lovers Try Positions That They Can't Handle

S-Scaphoid
L-Lunate
T- Triquetrum
P- Pisiform
Th- Trapezium (say to yourself "trapeziUM at the base of the THUMB" and you'll never get confused between trapezium and trapezoid)
T- Trapezoid
C- Capitate
H- Hamate

Hello, nice video, but there is a mistake, because fourth and fifth metacarp are jointed on HAMATE bone and here we can see that fifth metacarp is jointed on triquetrum bone.
