What is frustrating as someone who is from the UK is how an American governmental institution is affecting my investment. I am not governed by the SEC yet I am still affected by it. This is a global industry and Ripple would be very welcome in London if the SEC wants to squash its own innovation.

This is what I said to Mike Novagratz a few weeks ago when he made the comment that XRP was still higher than when the lawsuit happened. How absolutely ignorant of someone like him to talk about its price relative to the dollar not BTC and ETH. I had the moment when BTC would break its ath marked for months knowing that would be the moment XRP would make its move… and it started to until the SEC filed the suit. I can’t tell you how frustrated I am.

Thank you so much for standing up for the XRP community, this has been so infuriating as an non US, XRP investor, that never heard of ripple before this lawsuit hurt my investment, I am so thankful for your hard work informing everyone, this should be shared everywhere. I do not feel the SEC has acted in the interest of XRP holders and do not feel protected by them (am not even from the US) so don't see why they should have a say in my investments in cryptocurrencies anyway.

Not gonna lie, I cried a little. Brought back a lot of memories watching this. The ups and downs, the swings of the chart, just to have corruption at the SEC demolish it all. The levels of corruption and lack of accountability at the federal level are infuriating. Well done in bringing this all into one concise, digestible brief.
