Seriously, I agree, you cannot have a meaningful dialogue hiding behind euphemisms, excessively technical terms, deflection, or incomplete phrasing.

He did not mention the one reason for assisted suicide that might justify it: inescapable, prolonged agony.

I have had a friend who died because he could not breathe. After many years his wife still resents the doctors not euthanasing him. With tears in her eyes.
