We don't need to produce products for the world anymore but enough for ourselves. The Hard Chinese worker can spend more time with their family and lesser pollution for the city. Honestly I believe they are simply being smart and redirecting energy production towards military production to invade Taiwan for semi conductors... Everyone has a semi conductor shortage and Taiwan is one of the biggest exporters.... It would make sense since Chinese aircraft sent a nuclear capable bomber this week accompanied by fighter jets and couple stealth fighters....
