A Road User's Guide to the CVRT From Argent Equipment

Whether talking about HCV CVRT for lorries, buses or vans, it's an annual requirement designed to keep Ireland's roads as safe as possible. As stated by the Road Safety Authority (RSA), commercial vehicle owners have a responsibility with regard to following:

Maintenance & repair / Daily walkaround checks / Providing an annual declaration (as part of the CVRT)
Regular services by qualified staff / Maintenance record keeping /Frequency of maintenance

The introduction of an effective maintenance program is not discretionary, and you can be prosecuted if non-compliance is discovered. Not only that, but it can land you with sanctions, penalty points and fines, so it's simply not worth the risk.
