“I Might Be A Lukewarm Christian…What Do I Do?” || How To Get ON FIRE For God!

Welcome back everyone! This week our video is on one of the most dangerous qualities that many Christians experience: lukewarm Christianity. We've been there. Most of us probably have at some point. The problem isn't that you're feeling that way, but the issue lies when you're okay with staying there. God said because certain Christians are lukewarm, he will spit them from his mouth. This is because lukewarm water is often known for being "good for nothing." It is not refreshing like cold water, and it is not useful for cleaning, boiling, etc, like the hot water. It is simply worthless. I can't think of many concepts more horrific than our creator wanting to spit us out of his mouth. We must work to get ourselves out of this place!

We have 3 major tips, and lots of little pieces of advice to hopefully encourage and help many of you to work towards being on fire for God. If you think about building a fire, you don't just sit back and wait for the fire to appear, but we add logs and twigs and even kerosene to the fire to ignite it! We believe you might need to put in some work to get that fire started in your heart. God wants you to be on fire, but we need to make our hearts available to him. We need to put in some effort instead of sitting still!

If you desire to get out of that lukewarm place, you may need to do a few things that are uncomfortable, but in the end, you will find great reward. Let's stop holding onto sin and the things that keep us at a distance from God. Our purpose of being on earth is to go and make disciples, but if we are lukewarm, we definitely won't be doing that.
