When Embarrassment first arrives, Sadness looks at him with a huge smile and asks, “What’s your name big fella?” She’s clearly smitten and already has a pet name for him, calling him “Big Fella”. Then when Embarrassment is on the console and can’t reach the button, Sadness says, “I got you, big guy” and helps him with the button. That’s true love right there. Later when sadness is looking through the manuals, Embarrassment finds her, but he doesn’t tell Anxiety. Instead, he helps her hide, showing he’s willing to put himself at risk to protect the woman he loves.
