I’m glad it lost it’s photoshop animation. Quite similar. It had some subtle changes as they are no longer under water, and some placement differences, especially with the characters. Very thorough. Clamantha was a bit of a fail though.

I do like the human versions of the main characters more... And overall, it gives more positive vibes... But that doesn't mean I hate the original designs... I'm just saying, that if they ever try to remake the series... I wouldn't mind the human ver. at all... BUT NO LIFE ACTION, I MEAN FOR CHRIST SAKE!

I had to look so long to find a version of this theme that I could comment on.

This show, was the worst living nightmare I had to endure for a 1 week period.

My brother had just returned home from college for Christmas break. And whenever he was home, we would watch our local public access station that aired Nick and Disney Channel shows. Invader Zim, Catdog, Teacher’s Pet, Recess, Total Drama Island, to name but a few. So, the first day he was home, he, me and his girlfriend of 3 months sat down, and started to watch. AND LO AND FRICKIN BEHOLD, THEY ANNOUNCED A 1 WEEK MARATHON OF ALL THESE EPISODES UP TILL THE SERIES FINALE, LOOPED. And by the second episode, something felt off. Between all the real life images included for some reason, and the stupid-ass humor, this show drove us up the frickin wall for WEEKS. Cookie baking? FISH HOOKS. Tree decorating? FISH HOOKS. Dinner making? FISH HOOKS. Opening presents? FISH HOOKS. The finale was already like a month or two old, I dunno why they decided to do this NOW, but they did. It was a nightmare. When the marathon ended, we got one day of the usual programming, and then he had to go back. Jesus, this show was a goddamn nightmare for 1 week.

Really wish they made a spin off with Friend hook, it would be interesting to see how the human world of Fish hook would look like & how they would get in danger, along with serval characters who weren’t shown

Also the silly little detail with Jocktopus hoodie/shirt changing from a 8 to 4 because of his limbs number & I still question Clamantha human version,
