I am seeing the same thing going on in Central Texas. Must sell now, much more garage sales, etc. Car dealers are swamped with cars and trucks. Every 5-6th home is for rent or sale.

I purchased a used Camaro in the height of Covid when the car prices were extraordinarily high I spent $16, 000 on my car. I am now trying to sell it. The Kelley Blue Book value is $12, 000 and to be honest I feel that at this point, I’ll be lucky if I get about 6000 if I’m able to sell it at all. 😢

It’s a buyers market. The antique stores are filled to the rafters, and stuff being sold well below market value. Rather than shopping for furniture and housewares at Walmart or brand name stores, I buy antique items instead!

For the past two weeks, I have seen so many vehicles for sale outdoors. Automobiles, motorcycles, and boats. Newer models and vintage models. It is a great time for anyone who has the money to buy these items.

I just went through your employment scenario. I was just laid off after almost 15 yrs. They made up a lot of excuses, but I suspect it was all in the name of replacing a higher salary with a lower one. So much for employer’s loyalty 😞😡

LAST WEEK I GOT A CALL FROM SOMEONE WHO WANTED TO BUY MY HOUSE. I HAD PLANNED ON PUTTING IT ON THE MAKRET NEXT YEAR, THAT DIDN'T BOTHER THEM THEY WOULD TAKE IT IN ANY SHAPE I WOULDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING THEY WOULD JUST MAKE ME AN OFFER. I TOLD THEM I WOULD THINK ABOUT IT. YESTERDAY I GOT TWO MORE CALLS FOR THE SAME THING. BUT THEY JUST WANTED TO OFFER ME A BOUT HALF OF WHAT I WAS GOING TO LIST IT FOR. ANYONE ELSE GETTING THSES CALLS OR ARE WORKING TO SELL THEIR HOMES LIKE THIS?

Pawn shops craig lists Ebay You're correct Crazy selling I dont have alot of material things to sell but people who bought alot of gadgets in the pass Actually can sell it all You answered my question Wnen I went to close my account from previous bank I did not see my banker who had been with the bank over 20 years

Found out they let her go I was surprised cause she had senority but you gave us the answer why it happen The banker who was there for 6 months did not get laid off The bank is cutting back on staffing
