To be fair, a biblical based horror movie that was well thought out genuinely sounds like a good idea. Something like taking a bunch of fundamentalist Christians who think that they're living Godly lives, judging them based on the rules of the Bible, and giving them old testament punishments. Something that would show the absurdity of expecting people to live by biblical rules.

The really interesting thing is that in the original SAW movie, there’s very little blood and gore if you think about it. The horror comes entirely from the traps themselves and the desperation of the victims.

Wtf, I went into anaphylaxis and my heart stopped for over 2min, then I was in acoma for about 2 weeks, and all I remember is being totally alone, and seeing the Dr's working on me. Which I'm sure was just a weird dream, but still, I never got to go play with angels n shit. What a rip off

I'm so fucking sick of Christians having people ditch mobility aids. He had no reason to pretend to be disabled, and then to toss it aside and reveal that he's an angel?? What the fuck? Of course a Christian movie about kidnapping would sanitize the subject to the point where their viewers can't become uncomfortable with the idea. I can't help but think the people who made this movie live in such a safe and cushy world that they think THIS is the worst that could happen if you get kidnapped. Just makes them seem so out of touch lol.

Them trying to make the soldier guy not letting his son drop off a cliff seem like a meaningful thing is worsened by the fact he would have fallen down too if he hadn't, since they were handcuffed. He could have been just saving himself 💀
