The tip on eating dinner a bit earlier is awesome! I usually eat at 8:30pm and then find it hard to go to bed at 9. I’m going to push it to having dinner at 7pm instead. You’re absolutely crushing Ashley! Waking up early is the best, going for a walk or doing a workout is honestly the best way to start my day. I’ve been waking up at 5am to go to the gym for 2 years now and I’m never going back. For me they just hit more than evening workout and it helps that the gym is not as packed. I just shower, get ready and head to work from there

I love that you said you didn't have to wake up at five to be productive. Too many 5am risers make it seem as if that's the best time to get up. It will never happen for me, but I am inspired to try 6 or 7. Normally it's 8. I love how it wasn't about the time and more about sticking to a goal.

First 5 mins ❤️🫶🏽 I’ve been struggling hard hard with this new 5am goal, I really need to find a way to slowly wake up. Since my gym time is 530-630, I absolutely need to be up by 4:45am no later. I’m going to start tonight and get a night routine going. Thanks for sharing

This was right on time for me! As I sit here contemplating whether or not I want to go to the gym bc I didn't get adequate sleep last night due to a sick child. But watching this and hearing you speak reminds me that I'll get a burst of energy from my workout and feel great afterwards. So off to the gym I go! Thanks Ashley!!

Hi Ashley! I was screaming YES when you were doing the box jumps! I remember your jumps when u first started, your form is great now I even seen the bounce at the top! Go girl! I'm doing good too! Proud of me too, 10-15 pounds and I will hit my goal weight of 170!

I’ve been watching a ton of your vids since yesterday and girl! I just have to say that you remind me so much of myself. The way you express yourself, your positivity and simple take me as i am vibe. I love it. Recently gained back 45 pounds of the original 95 i had lost and im getting into crossfit and finally tackling this weight. I just feel like we’ve had such similar journeys. Your videos are awesome, im going to keep watching for sure ❤

this video couldn’t have been posted at a better time for me! when you broke down how many days/months are left in 2022 & asked what i plan to do for the next 4 months, i got chills. i’ve been thinking about this topic since September started. i’ve always been off & on with my fitness journey. i’ll be on my grind, lose 10-20lbs, feel great, then i’ll lose focus, gain it back, & the cycle continues. i’m dedicating myself to staying on track so that when we go into the new year, i’ll already have achieved some of my goals & resolutions. i’m determined to make 2023 the year where i establish a healthy & long lasting relationship with the gym, & really hone in on my physical health. great video & thank you for the never ending motivation! i’ve been following you since before you even had a channel, back in the Nikki days 😉
