Black Bart is one of my favorites. The mining claim I hang out at the one cent piece in Deadwood ghost town in California is the stagecoach route from Redding to Weaverville that goes to Deadwood and it goes through French Gulch and supposedly black Bart used to rob and there's a big strong box hidden somewhere up in there. The claims I go visit is about 60 Acres and I've never been able to search all of it yet. It would take a life time.
