Skintone will not make you look beautiful. The things which makes you beautiful is: tall, slim, healthy skin without pimples, smooth hair, beautiful facial features. These are the things which makes you look beautiful not skin colour. But remember some people will think you're ugly, some people will think you're beautiful. Because beauty is in the eyes of beholder.

Fairness is not important but importance is clearness on face and language...

Dark skin is also good and never use fairness creams like Skinshine, skinlite, melamet these creams contain chemicals. It makes us fairer but when we stop it its causes pimples and it makes us darker than we used to be before (personal experience)
