I'm a nanny for long years since birth of my employer kids i never left my attention with them I take good care them its like my own kids. I know this an experiment but that's in good intentions to teach every nanny for what there work.. thumps up guys I'm sure everyone can get a lesson for this..

Anyone considering a nanny should read a book called High Risk, Children without a Conscience. A broken bond between a parent/caregiver including a parent going on vacation at a critical development time or even a car accident that separates a child from whoever s/he is bonded can have a significant impact. There is a therapy to recover an emotionally lost child but it should be done before age 8 if needed.

Just warning. Most parents would not be as diligent.

I know this is fake, but I think it’s a good lesson about being more aware of your surroundings. Could be a teachable moment to someone, I guess.

This is why I wouldn't leave my children in the care of others. Of course, if it was a responsible family member, then fine. But absolutely no strangers were gonna look after a part of my soul.

I always make sure that I don't lost size the baby or kids I'm minding..
