You coach when you took over I was hoping that you would use Marquette as a blue print for building a winner. This video reminds me of the We Are videos that Marquette does. Right now what I see is your team is missing chemistry. Coach Smart and his players talks a lot about relationships. It is not just coach speak you can see it in there play. Once you build relationships and these guys want each other to such succeed then you are on your way. Shaka has brought an Al McGuire vibe back to Marquette and now the question is can you bring the Dick B vib back to Green Bay?

Either play real fast like Grinnel college or slow it down like Dick Bennet did. If you play the same game as everyone else regardless of effort it will not end well. I wish you had the resources that other schools have, but I think you are going to have to think outside the box to be successful. Best of luck. Go Phoenix!
