I always imagine navy seals to be really hardened emotionless veterans like my kickboxing coach in high school, but Mr B seems like such a fun guy with the best stories. He’s gonna be the best grandpa ever with all the best stories.

Edit: Thanks for all the likes and insightful comments! Really enjoy hearing your stories. I was an EMT and had transported a lot of homeless vets with PTSD, so I get what some of you are saying. Even Mr Ballen has talked about getting help on BetterHelp, so I’m definitely not dismissing that side of the issue. It’s just that I’m glad to see that he seems to have rehabilitated a lot better than most vets I’ve come across in my life so far. We definitely do need to give our veterans better treatment back home. I’ve seen a lot of sad stories that break my heart.
